RESOLUTION NO. 1998-221
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF NATIONAL
CATTLE CONGRESS TO REFINANCE A LOAN WITH A
REMAINING BALANCE OF $36, 450 . 00 .
WHEREAS, the Revolving Loan Committee has reviewed the
request of the National Cattle Congress, and
WHEREAS, the request is to refinance a loan with remaining
balance of $36, 450 . 00, reducing the interest rate to 6. 5%, with a
five year amortization, with a payment due in October and yearly
review of the note, and
WHEREAS, the Revolving Loan Committee recommends approval of
refinancing said remaining balance of $36, 450 . 00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the National
Cattle Congress to refinance loan with a remaining balance of
$36, 450 . 00 loan, reducing the interest rate to 6. 5%, with a five
year amortization, with payment due in October and yearly review
of the note, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
