RESOLUTION NO. 1999-222
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
MERCANTILE BANK TO BUY BALANCE OF A NOTE FOR
ADVANCED HEAT TREAT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 12, 1999, to buy balance of note in
the amount of $144, 632 . 03 for Advanced Heat Treat at 9396. of par
which amounts to $134, 507 . 79, by and between Mercantile Bank, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
