RESOLUTION NO. 1999-231
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, AS IT
PERTAINS TO PART XIX "R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO ALLOW POTENTIAL DEVELOPERS THE
OPTION OF SUBMITTING A GENERAL SITE PLAN WITH
A ZONING APPLICATION AND A REVISED SITE PLAN
AFTER APPROVAL OF THE ZONING APPLICATION, AS
MAY 3 , 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, THE Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 1999, for the purpose of
holding a public hearing to consider and act upon amendments to
Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, as it pertains to Part XIX "R-P"
Planned Residence District to allow potential developers the
option of submitting a general site plan with a zoning
application and a revised site plan after approval of the zoning
application, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12t'' day of April, 1999 .
