RESOLUTION NO. 1999-235
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF ASPRO, INC.
AND SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094 .
WHEREAS, ASPRO, Inc. and Subsidiaries is performing work
within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, in conjunction
with F.Y. 1998 and 1999 Street Reconstruction Programs, Contract
Nos . 564 and 594, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from April 20, 1999 to November 19, 1999 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of ASPRO, Inc. and Subsidiaries
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, be and the
same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999.
