RESOLUTION NO. 1999-241
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
WITH HDR ENGINEERING, INC. OF SIOUX FALLS,
SOUTH DAKOTA AND THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Consultant Agreement dated April 19, 1999 to provide
traffic engineering service, with a total project cost of
$369, 088 . 00, with city' s match of $52, 370 . 00 in conjunction with
the Traffic Signalization, STP-A-8155 (36) --86-07, by and between
HDR Engineering, Inc. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the City of
Cedar Falls and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999 .
