RESOLUTION NO. 1999-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING CEDAR VALLEYS AGENCY OF
PROMISE COMMITMENT FORM AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID FORM BY MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Cedar Valley' s Agency of Promise Commitment Form, be
and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to
execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Apfil, 1999 .
