RESOLUTION NO. 1999-247
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH RUMMEL
CONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 19, 1999, for design services at a
cost of $8, 844 . 00 for replacement of Anaerobic Lagoon cover, by
and between Rummel Construction, of Springfield, Missouri and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999 .
