RESOLUTION NO. 1999-253
RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT
GOLF PROS PAY THE CITY OF WATERLOO EIGHT
PERCENT (8%) OF GROSS REVENUES FROM THE SALE
OF FOOD, BEVERAGES AND BEER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that elimination of the requirement that Golf Pros pay the City of
Waterloo eight percent (8%) of gross revenues from the sale of
food, beverages and beer be and the same is approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999 .
