RESOLUTION NO. 1999-256
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
F.Y. 1999 TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT NO. 1
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 608, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, AND THE TAKING OF BIDS AS MAY 3 ,
1999 AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 1999, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y.
1999 Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1 Improvements, Contract No.
608, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999 .
