RESOLUTION NO. 1999-263
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTIMATED
CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF HIGHWAY 218/CEDAR
VALLEY LAKES TRAIL-PHASE III, CONTRACT NO.
585, STP-ES-8155 (33) -81-07 .
WHEREAS, on April 26, 1999, at 7 : 00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo
concerning the Highway 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail-Phase III,
Contract No. 585, STP-ES-8155 (33) -81-07, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of said project .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
