RESOLUTION NO. 1999-266
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE "C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2210 LAFAYETTE STREET TO
CONSTRUCT A NEW BUILDING.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning site plan
amendment for property commonly known as 2210 Lafayette Street to
construct a new building, legally described as follow:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1 NW of RR and that part of
Lot 2 Block 1 NW of RR, Cottons Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 26, 1999, at 7 : 00
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning site
plan amendment for property commonly known as 2210 Lafayette
Street to construct a new building, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor this 28th day of April, 1999 .
