RESOLUTION NO. 1999-271
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF ADOPT-A-
HIGHWAY APPLICATION WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of Adopt-A-Highway Application dated April 26,
1999, to allow Evansdale Amvets Sons Post 31 to pick up litter on
U.S . Highway 63 , just north of Martin Road to University Avenue,
by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1999 .
