RESOLUTION NO. 1999-272
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF SUCKOW CONCRETE
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF HAZLETON, IOWA FOR THE
F.Y. 1999 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM-ZONE 10,
CONTRACT NO. 593 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Suckow Concrete Construction of Hazleton,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 1999 Sidewalk Repair Program-Zone 10, Contract
No. 593 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
26th day of April, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the United
Fire & Casualty Company, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
