RESOLUTION NO. 1999-273
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DIVISION OF JUVENILE JUSTICE PLANNING AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated April 26, 1999, for Juvenile Crime
Prevention Community Grant in the amount of $85, 924 .45, by and
between Iowa Division of Juvenile Justice Planning, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26t'1 day of April, 1999 .
