RESOLUTION NO. 1999-274
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BELL LAW
OFFICE OF MOUNT PLEASANT, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 26, 1999, for legal services in
conjunction with possible litigation against Wellmark Blue Cross
and Blue Shield of Iowa for overpayment of fees, by and between
Bell Law Office of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
