RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA
FOR F.Y. 1996 218/CEDAR VALLEY LAKES TRAIL-
PHASE II, PROJECT NO. STP-ES-8155 (12) --81-07,
CONTRACT NO. 493 , AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1996
218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail Phase II, Project No. STP-ES-
8155 (12) --81-07, Contract No. 493 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
