RESOLUTION NO. 1999-276
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
NORTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 26, 1999, for construction of a
separated recreation trail crossing next to 15th Street in
conjunction with Highway 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail, Contract
No. 585, STP-ES-8155 (33) -81-07 by and between Iowa Northern
Railroad Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
