RESOLUTION NO. 1999-277
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION
OF IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
MEMORANDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 26, 1999, for
disposal of inoperable vehicles and other modes of transportation,
by and between National Kidney Foundation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 1999 .
