RESOLUTION NO. 1999-280A
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 1999
TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT NO. 1
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 608 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Tower Technology Park Plat
No. 1 Improvements, Contract No. 608, in the City of Waterloo-,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc . , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1
Improvements, Contract No. 608, which were preliminarily approved
on April 19, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 3,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999
Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1 Improvements, Contract No. 608,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
