RESOLUTION NO. 1999-281
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF F.Y. 1999
TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT NO. 1
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 608 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-280A, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with F.Y.
1999 Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1 Improvements, Contract No.
608, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
