RESOLUTION NO. 1999-290
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF RAMPART
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR VARIANCE TO
NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Rampart Corporation is performing work within the
city limits of the City of Waterloo, in conjunction with Cedar
Valley Youth Soccer Association Soccer Complex Project, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from May 4, 1999 to September 17, 1999 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Rampart Corporation for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, be and the same
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
