RESOLUTION NO. 1999-291
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF B & B BUILDERS &
SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 1999
EAST LAKE & KATOSKI DRIVE RECREATIONAL TRAIL
REPAIR PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 542 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 East Lake & Katoski Drive Recreational Trail
Repair Program, Contract No. 542, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro
Tem and the City Clerk as of the 3rd day of May, 1999, together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the Merchants Bonding Company, of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
