RESOLUTION NO, 1999-296
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF CEDAR FALLS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 3, 1999, in conjunction with the
Cedar Prairie/Sergeant Road Trail Connection, by and between the
City of Cedar Falls, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
