RESOLUTION NO. 1999-297
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
PROPOSED SIDEWALK REPAIRS FOR THE SIDEWALK
INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 10, AS
MAY 17, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as. follows :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 17th day of May, 1999 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon proposed sidewalk repairs
for the Sidewalk Repair and Inspection Program - Zone 10 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1999 .
