RESOLUTION NO. 1999-302
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EAST 5m
STREET PARKING RAMP DECK REPAIR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimated cost, etc . , in conjunction with the East 5th Street
Parking Ramp Deck Repair, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc . , in
conjunction with the East 5th Street Parking Ramp Deck Repair,
which were preliminarily approved on April 12, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 10,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the East 5th
Street Parking Ramp Deck Repair, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of May, 1999 .
