RESOLUTION NO. 1999-303
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF EAST 5Tx
STREET PARKING RAMP DECK REPAIR.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-302, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with East
5th Street Parking Ramp Deck Repair, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999 .
