RESOLUTION NO. 1999-312
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA FOR THE
F.Y. 1999 TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT NO. 1
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 608 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1 Improvements,
Contract No. 608, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 10th day of May, 1999, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Seaboard Surety Company, of Baltimore, Maryland, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999 .
