RESOLUTION NO. 1999-313
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SOUTH FORK ESTATES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
condition precedent to the final approval of South Fork Estates;
namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards and
requirements of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for South Fork
Estates, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999 .
