RESOLUTION NO. 1999-314
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 10, 1999, for RISE funding in the
amount of $282, 549 . 00, with city' s share of $70, 637 . 00, for
grading and paving of Tower Park Drive beginning at Jonathan
Street and extending south and west in conjunction with the F.Y.
1999 Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1 Improvements, Contract No.
608, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999 .
