RESOLUTION NO. 1999-315
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS
HOME CONSORTIUM FIVE YEAR CONSOLIDATION PLAN
AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF SAME TO U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Home Consortium proposed Five-Year
Consolidated Plan for FY2000-FY2004 and the FY2000 One Year
Action Plan using CDBG, HOME, EDI and LHAP funds, be and the same
are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to submit same to
U. S . Department of Housing and Urban Development in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of May, 1999 .
