RESOLUTION NO. 1999-320
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON APPROVING
SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
3821 PAIGE DRIVE AND 1626 ROBIN ROAD UNDER
HUD SECTION 5 (H) PLAN FOR SALE OF SINGLE
FAMILY HOUSES UNDER THE PUBLIC HOUSING
HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM AS MAY 24, 1999, AT •
7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 24th day of May, 1999, for the purpose of
approving sale and conveyance of property located at 3821 Paige
Drive under HUD Section 5 (h) Plan for sale of Single Family Houses
under the Public Housing Homeownership Program, described as
follows :
Lot No. One Hundred Twenty-two (122) , Hammond Hills
Fifth Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $62, 000 . 00, plus costs;
and, also, approving sale and conveyance of property located at
1626 Robin Road under HUD Section 5 (h) Plan for sale of Single
Family Houses under the Public Housing Homeownership Program,
described as follows :
Lot No. Sixty-seven (67) in Huntington Park in Black Hawk
County, Iowa subject to easements, ordinances and
restrictions of record, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
for $72, 000 . 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999.
