RESOLUTION NO. 1999-327
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN
100 WATT HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM STREET LIGHTS IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a
100 watt high pressure sodium street light be installed at the following
location:
1 . Two (2) street lights on Donald Street .
2 . One (1) flood light in the area of the boat dock at the end of
Donald Street .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to MidAmerican Energy
Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of May, 1999 .
