RESOLUTION NO. 1999-331
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CURT ROBBINS
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Curt Robbins, 303 Independence Avenue, is having a
live band performing during a pig roast, and
WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said individual has made formal application for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 on May 23,
1999 from 6: 00 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Curt Robbins for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance on May 23, 1999 from 6 : 00 p.m.
- 10: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1999.
