RESOLUTION NO. 1999-332
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WITH UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A. , AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subordination Agreement for Marsh Place, L. P. , by and
between Union Planters Bank, N.A. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1999 .
