RESOLUTION NO. 1999-333
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
APPLICATION, SCHEDULES A & E WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Permit Application, Schedules A & E dated
May 17, 1999, in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Park Road Sanitary
Lift Satiation Modifications, Contract No. 603 , by and between the
Department of Natural Resources, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1999 .
