RESOLUTION NO. 1999-335
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH U.S .
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated May 17, 1999, for Economic Development
Improvement funds in the amount of $500, 000, by and between U. S .
Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1999 .
