RESOLUTION NO. 1999-352
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO BORWIG
BUILDING SERVICE OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE
EAST 5TH STREET PARKING RAMP DECK REPAIR, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $313 , 150 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $313, 150 . 00, for the East 5th Street Parking Ramp
Deck Repair, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1999 .
