RESOLUTION NO. 1999-356
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE "M-2, P"
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT SITE PLAN FOR
INTERSTATE BRANDS (WONDER BREAD) FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL
PARK PLAT NO. 1 AS JUNE 14, 1998, AT 7 : 00
P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 14th day of June, 1999, for
the purpose of considering a "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District
Site Plan for Interstate Brands (Wonder Bread) for property
generally located in the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1, and
legally described as follows:
Lot 5, Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
