RESOLUTION NO. 1999-358
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, CITIES OF CEDAR FALLS,
EVANSDALE, HUDSON, LAPORTE CITY, DUNKERTON
AND GILBERTVILLE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated May 24 , 1999, for Consolidated
Public Safety Communications Center, by and between Black Hawk
County, cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale, Hudson, Laporte City,
Dunkerton and Gilbertville, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1999 .
