RESOLUTION NO. 1999-359
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
QUAKERDALE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 24, 1999, for housing youth curfew
violators, in the amount of $2, 000 . 00 per year, by and between
Quakerdale of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24t" day of May, 1999 .
