RESOLUTION NO. 1999-360
RESOLUTION APPROVING STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT
TO WAIVE CITY' S F.Y. 1998 JUVENILE
ACCOUNTABILITY INCENTIVE BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
FUNDS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Statement of Agreement dated May 24, 1999, to waive
city' s F.Y. 1998 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant
Program Funds in the amount of $26, 281 . 00 and award to the Black
Hawk County Decatgorization Project, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1999 .
