RESOLUTION NO. 1999-361
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF BORWIG BUILDING
SERVICE OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE EAST 5m
STREET PARKING RAMP DECK REPAIR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Borwig Building Service of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the East 5th Street Parking Ramp Deck Repair, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 24th day of May, 1999,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the Merchants Bonding Company, of Des
Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1999 .
