RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO LEHMAN
TRUCKING & EXCAVATING OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 218 ENHANCEMENTS NEAR
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, STP-U-
8155 (35) -8V-07, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8, 180 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Lehman Trucking & Excavating of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $8, 180 . 00, in conjunction with the 218
Enhancements near School Administration Building, STP-U-8155 (35) -
8V-07, and IDOT Agreement No. 98-EU-14, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1999 .
