RESOLUTION NO. 1999-375
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AREA VII
JOB TRAINING/HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 7, 1999 to provide administrative
services in the selection and payment of youths involved in the
Mayor' s Summer Youth Program, with costs not to exceed $28, 000 . 00,
by and between Area VII Job Training/Hawkeye Community College of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1999 .
