RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF ASPRO INC. &
SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y.
1999 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
597 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro Inc . & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 597, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 7th day
of June, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire
and Casualty Company, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
