RESOLUTION NO. 1999-385
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE "M-2, P" PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
INTERSTATE BRANDS (WONDER BREAD) FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN LOT 5 OF THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 1 .
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District site
plan amendment for Interstate Brands (Wonder Bread) generally
located in Lot 5 of the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1 and
legally described as follow:
Lot 5, Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 14, 1999, at 7 : 00
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the "M-2, P" Planned Industrial
District site plan amendment for Interstate Brands (Wonder Bread)
for property generally located in Lot 5 of the Northeast
Industrial Park Plat No. 1, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem this 16th day of June, 1999 .
