RESOLUTION NO. 1999-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF MIKE DOLAN
CONCRETE & MASONRY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 1999 WASHINGTON STREET PARKING LOT
ISLAND PAVING, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 607 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 1999 Washington Street Parking Lot Island
Paving, Contract No. 607, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor Pro Tem and the
City Clerk as of the 14th day of June, 1999, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999 .
