RESOLUTION NO. 1999-397
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER FOR TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT
NO. 1, AS SUBMITTED BY SCHENK ENGINEERING OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
APPLICATION FORM 28A WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans for the sanitary sewer
serving Tower Technology Park Plat No. 2, as submitted by Schenk
Engineering, and Construction Permit Application Form 28A dated
June 14, 1999, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are
hereby approved and Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999.
