RESOLUTION NO. 1999-400
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 14 , 1999, for construction of an
access connection to U.S. Highway 63 (Sergeant Road) by and
between Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999 .
