RESOLUTION NO. 1999-403

RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT ON THE WEST SIDE
OF THE CEDAR RIVER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Permanent Easement, dated June 14, 1999, conveying unto
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property generally
located in the Original Plat on the West Side of the Cedar River
for the purpose of construction of a storm sewer intake in
conjunction with Windows on Waterloo, Phase V, Enhancement
project, described as follows :
That part of Lot Ten (10) , Block Eighteen (18) , of the
Original Plat, on the West Side of the Cedar River, in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of said
Lot Ten (10) which is Thirty-two (32 . 0) feet
Northeasterly of the most Southerly corner of said Lot
Ten (10) ; thence Northwesterly at right angles Twenty
(20 . 0) feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles forty
(40 . 0) feet; thence Southeasterly at right angles
Twenty (20 . 0) feet to the Southeast line of said Lot
Ten; thence Southwesterly Forty (40 . 0) feet to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 16th day of June, 1999 .
